Account & Subscription
Handle registration, subscription retrieval, configuration updates, and device switching here. The user panel is the source of truth for account details.
Do I need an email address to register for VPNIJ?
No. You can register with a username and password. Store both in a trusted password manager, and watch for capitalization and spaces when entering them. They are used to access the user panel, view plans, and retrieve your subscription.
Where can I find my subscription link?
After opening the user panel, find the subscription for your account on the client or subscription page. Do not copy subscription details into public chats, screenshots, or documents. When switching clients, copy the link again from the user panel instead of using an old record from an unknown source.
How should I update my subscription link?
Find the current subscription in your client and choose Update, Refresh, or Fetch Configuration. If the update fails, return to the user panel, copy the subscription again, replace the old address, and refresh the server list. If nothing changes, delete the old subscription from the client and import it again.
Do I need to buy another plan when I switch devices?
No separate purchase is needed when changing devices. VPNIJ supports unlimited devices and works on Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux. On the new device, sign in to the user panel, get the VPNIJ client and subscription, and import them according to the platform.
Connection & Troubleshooting
First determine whether the issue comes from the local network, client configuration, system permissions, or a specific app before deciding whether to switch servers.
The client keeps showing “Connection failed.” What should I check first?
First confirm that the current network can open commonly used websites, then refresh the subscription and switch to another server. Next check the system clock, client permissions, and whether another network-control tool is running. If every server fails, restart the client and network and try again, attaching the exact error message to your ticket.
Why can’t I open websites even though the connection succeeded?
A connected status only means that the client has established a tunnel; it does not guarantee that the browser is using the correct network settings. Try another server, then fully quit and reopen the browser. Also check whether the client controls the system proxy. If only domain names fail while direct network connections work, continue troubleshooting the DNS settings.
Why isn’t a particular app using the proxy?
This is usually related to the client’s split-routing mode, system network permissions, or the app’s connection method. Switch the client to a more comprehensive mode and reconnect, then fully quit and reopen the app. If other apps work normally, include the system, client, target app, and selected server when submitting a ticket.
What should I do if a subscription update fails?
Confirm that you copied the complete subscription currently shown in the user panel, without adding spaces before or after it. Then close other network-control tools and try updating again on a network that can open websites normally. If the old subscription has expired, deleting the old configuration and importing it again from the user panel is usually the simplest fix.
What should I do if the connection drops frequently when a mobile app goes into the background?
Check whether the system restricts background activity for the client, and allow the network permissions it needs. Battery-saving policies may end the connection after the screen locks or you switch apps, so add the client to the background-activity allowlist. Reconnect after changing the setting, then use a browser to confirm that the selected exit still works.
How can I tell whether there is a DNS problem?
Common signs include a connected client but some domains failing to resolve, or pages remaining stuck loading after switching servers. Restore the system DNS setting to automatic, reconnect the client, and restart the browser. If the issue occurs only on one network, test from another network and include the results in your ticket.
Speed & Servers
Speed depends on the local network, destination service, exit region, and current path. Consistent performance is more useful than a single test result.
What should I do when speeds slow down or become unstable during peak hours?
Pause bandwidth-heavy downloads, sync jobs, and updates, then compare other servers in the same region. Do not repeatedly test only one website, since the destination service may also be congested. If several servers perform similarly, try another destination region or reconnect later so the client can establish a new path.
How should I choose a server?
Start with a nearby region that can open the destination service reliably; do not judge speed from the region name alone. For region-sensitive content, choose an exit location that matches the target area. After connecting, judge performance by page loads, video buffering, and interaction stability rather than chasing a single test result.
How many countries and servers does VPNIJ cover?
VPNIJ covers 120+ countries / 210+ servers. The server list lets you switch between regions and network paths. If a website will not open, loads slowly, or shows a location mismatch, try another server in the same region before switching to a different exit location.
A video opens but playback is unstable. How can I troubleshoot it?
Lower the player’s current quality first to confirm that the basic connection remains stable, then gradually restore the desired quality. Close background downloads and cloud sync, switch to another server in the same region, and reopen the playback page. If only one streaming platform is affected, also check the platform’s status and exit-region requirements.
What should I do if an AI Tools conversation is interrupted or responds slowly?
Keep the current input, then switch to another server in the same region and reload the page. Long-running sessions can be affected by network changes, so avoid switching servers repeatedly in quick succession. If the page opens but submission fails, also check the target service account status and regional availability.
Billing & Refunds
Plans, data resets, upgrades, payments, and refunds are governed by the order records in the user panel and the official policies.
What monthly plans and data allowances are available?
Monthly plans are ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB. Data resets monthly on the activation date. Choose based on your regular web browsing, video, file-sync, and multi-device needs rather than keeping a larger allowance for occasional use.
How are data packages billed, and do they expire?
Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and never expire, making them suitable for irregular usage or anyone who does not want a monthly reset. Choose according to your actual usage instead of judging only by the total allowance.
When does monthly-plan data reset?
Monthly-plan data resets each month on the activation date rather than clearing on the first day of a calendar month. Check the subscription period and remaining data shown in the user panel. If the figures differ near the reset time, refresh both the user panel and the client subscription, then check again.
How is a mid-cycle plan upgrade calculated?
For a mid-cycle upgrade, the price difference is converted into remaining days. Before upgrading, review the current subscription’s remaining data and usage pattern to decide whether a change is worthwhile. Afterward, refresh the user panel and update the subscription in the client so the plan and server details sync to the current device.
Which payment methods are supported?
Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT are supported. Start payment from the plan and order flow in the user panel, then return to the order page after paying to check the status. If the status has not updated, do not create another identical order. Refresh the page first, then submit the order details through a ticket.
How do I request a refund?
VPNIJ offers a 30-day no-questions-asked refund. To apply, open the user panel and submit a ticket with the relevant order and refund request, keeping the payment record on the order page. The refund policy page governs eligibility and processing; duplicate tickets will not speed things up.
